Michael Adarkwah is a Rutgers alumni C/O of 2017. Towards the end of his senior year, he was awarded the Paul Robeson Renaissance Award. The recipient of this award is said to “possess extraordinary talent, commitment, and intellectual energy across a range of disciplines.” Michael has exemplified the renaissance qualities of esteemed alumnus, Paul Robeson through his commitment to community service and the overall experience of the Rutgers University community. He served as the President of the Black Men’s Collective (BMC), a Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation Scholar (LSAMP), and a member of the Rutgers ODASIS Program and Allied Health Profession Club.
