Homecoming

 RAAA Homecoming/

Reunion Week

Our goal is to unify our alumni supporters from all decades, from every college, school, Greek-letter organization, current students, and other constituent groups. Rutgers African-American Alumni Alliance (RAAA), Inc. consistently brings alumni together to socialize, network, and link the accomplishments of the past with the current generation as we look to a future of excellence. We encourage alumni, friends, family, and supporters to return to campus to celebrate with us.

Look out for our Hall of Fame weekend with a special Networking and Leadership Mixer Event on Friday, October 6th and then our big anniversary celebration of the 20th Annual RAAA Hall of Fame Ceremony on Saturday, October 7th.

The two most significant RAAA events for Homecoming Weekend itself is the reception/social mixer event on Friday evening 10/13 and, on Saturday 10/14 we have the community tailgate held on the Livingston Campus.

Hall of Fame Weekend

6 pm, Friday, October 6th, 2023 – Networking and Leadership Mixer Event

You are cordially invited to a multigenerational and multitrack mixer event that brings together alumni of excellence from across the Rutgers generations to network and inspire each other as well as to offer mentorship and leadership development examples to current students.

Each alumni participant has been asked to provide insight about a pivotal moment in their career life that they look back upon to inspire them now. They will also speak frankly on what they wished they knew what to prepare for while still at Rutgers.

Students will be able to ask: “How do I get to wher you are now?”
